Football & Futsal Coordinator

Pulse Park is seeking a Football & Futsal Coordinator to lead and grow the football and futsal offering at the complex. This role requires strong technical knowledge of the game, experience in coaching or refereeing, and the ability to organize and oversee leagues, tournaments, and training sessions.
The Coordinator will also support the Complex Manager in ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and effective use of facilities.
Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee football and futsal leagues, tournaments, and friendly matches.
- Deliver or arrange training sessions, coaching clinics, and skills development programs.
- Engage with customers, respond to queries, and ensure a high-quality sporting experience.
- Supervise refereeing and enforce fair play, safety, and facility rules.
- Support the Complex Manager in bookings, event scheduling, and equipment management.

Must Have
- Background in football or futsal (coaching, refereeing, or professional/club playing experience).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and match/event schedules.
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Coaching license or refereeing certificate preferred.
