Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sports Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Pulse Park. This individual will coordinate staff, manage bookings, maintain stock and equipment, and ensure excellent customer experience across all sporting activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate ground staff and facility operations.
- Manage booking queries, schedules, and customer communications.
- Support customer service and ensure smooth player experiences.
- Coordinate and assist with sports tournaments, leagues, and events.
- Maintain operational standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
- Liaise with management on operational needs, improvements, and reporting.
Must Have
- Active interest in sports, preferably with a background in tennis or football.
- Proven experience managing or coordinating sporting events, tournaments, or facility operations.
- Perfect written and spoken English
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Customer service mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of stock management and operational systems.
