Pulse Park is introducing padel and pickleball as part of its multi-sport offering. We are seeking a Padel & Pickleball Coordinator to oversee matches, deliver guidance and coaching, and help grow participation in these fast-growing sports.
The Coordinator will also work closely with the Complex Manager to ensure operations run smoothly and the customer experience remains professional.
Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee padel and pickleball matches, tournaments, and events.
- Deliver training sessions, coaching clinics, and development programs for beginners and advanced players.
- Support customers with rules, techniques, and playing guidance.
- Manage bookings and ensure courts are properly maintained.
- Work with the Complex Manager to schedule events, manage equipment, and ensure smooth operations.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium

- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
